Wave City Care is a 501c(3) non-profit (DBA name for Hampton Roads Community Care), that has been serving people in the Hampton Roads area since 2002. We are out in the community making a difference, with programs and events that are designed to meet the needs of the whole family!
Our mission is to educate, equip, and empower the community of Hampton Roads one life at a time.
