ManPOWER

Young men need strong role models to guide them in understanding what it truly means to be a man in today’s world. ManPOWER is a transformative personal development program designed for youth in grades 5 to 12, with a primary focus on middle school students. The program takes an inspirational, practical, and hands-on approach to learning, grounded in the belief that every young man has the potential to achieve Real Success, Real Influence, Real Power, and become a Real Man. ManPOWER challenges participants to rethink traditional definitions of masculinity and explore the qualities that define a respectful, mature, and responsible adult.

ManPOWER partners with local schools, clubs, and organizations across all Wave Church Campuses. We would love to get you connected to serve our community!

Our Mentors Our Volunteers Make Everything Happen Instrumental

We could not do ManPOWER without the dedication and hard work of our volunteers. We rely on their consistency and commitment, and our students love to look up to them and hold them as role models. Mentors play a vital role by sharing personal experiences, fostering supportive relationships, and modeling positive behavior. They facilitate activities, guide discussions, and provide encouragement throughout the sessions. We would love for you to join the team!
