Guys need men around them to show them what being a man really looks like in an everyday practical way. ManPOWER is a unique personal development program with an inspirational, practical, and experiential approach to learning designed to teach youth in grades 5 to 12. Our current focus is Middle School youth. It is founded on the premise that every young man has the potential to have “Real Success, Real Influence, Real Power, and to be a Real Man.” ManPOWER encourages youth to challenge their current definition of the ideal man and contemplate what true qualities a respectful, mature adult male should possess.
